“Just got the nesting dolls I ordered and I am so upset. The wood itself is not sanded at all, has cracks in it and and big splinters out of it here and there. The printed images are so blurry you can't see a persons eyes even and so dark you can't make out details much at all. The largest of the pieces was so stuck together it took some time to get it open to even see the other "dolls". Also these are much smaller then you would think by the images on their site. Be sure to read the size chart well.”

“I ordered view master disks that permitted you to add personalized pictures to watch in the view master camera for my granddaughter. They did arrive in a fair amount of time. I thought the concept was brilliant especially for the great discounted price. Unfortunately, the pictures that I could view were very light and blurry, but the main problem is the disks were not rotate probably and kept getting jammed.”

“If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a custom magic card. They didn't listen to any of my comments to adjust it they inserted their own information instead of what I had in the description boxes and they didnt even put the magic slogan on the back like they were supposed to! I will never order from them again. Do NOT order from them!”

“I ordered 4 items several months ago. They were said to ship in 3-5 days. They emailed stating there was a 3-5 day delay. A month later, I emailed saying that I hadn’t heard from them since then. They said 1 of my products was out of stock but they’d be making more at the beginning of the month. At the end of that month, I emailed and asked that they send the 3 things that were in stock. They told me that they could… if I paid for additional shipping. I said that wasn’t going to happen. It’s now about a month later and they “resolved” my issue on the site but, I haven’t heard and haven’t gotten the product. The 3-5 days is now just over 3 months. I still have zero of my four products.”

“The product I got didn't match the advertisement. The image quality was poor and disappointing, even after paying extra for a low-quality second image. Customer service responded only after 24 hours with multiple emails exchanged, which slowed down the whole process. I paid for expedited shipping, but it arrived at the same time as standard delivery. I do not recommend this service.”

“WORSE COMPANY EVER ! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I bought there baby casting kit for hands and feet. The product they provided cannot be used on anyone under the age of 14 years old and the frame came damaged. They also printed the photo the wrong way round ! In response they offered a £10 refund when I paid £50 and they said I should glue the damaged part and reprint the photo. AWFUL COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!”

“Horrible experience. They sell of images that are not there product. The quality is terrible. My order turned up broken and damaged, and not what I ordered. Customerservice is horrible. They are trying to offer me a $20 refund on a product that arrived completely broken, and its original cost was $120. It’s unfair and misleading advertising. Be warned Do not order from them!”

“It took very long to receive my product. The moving pictures box. It took about two months, and when it finally arrived it was a disaster. The pictures were half fallen off. Very poor quality product . This is a Chinese product not made in America and they lie about where they are based . The product wasn’t like the picture. I could have made it myself for way cheaper. It was worth about $5. They didn’t even cut the pictures all the same size . And when you turn the handle, some of the picture get stuck and don’t show properly or fall off. Ugly and cheap and I do not recommend . Should have listened to the other real reviews”

“Disappointed and Frustrated – Not Worth the Money or the Hassle I ordered a custom Father's Day flip book from this company, thinking it would be a thoughtful, personalized gift. Unfortunately, the product I received had a glaring issue: two photo segments in the animation didn’t match up properly, completely ruining the flow and feel of the flip book. When I reached out to customer service to resolve the issue — either through a refund of the $40 I paid (including shipping) or a corrected replacement — I was shocked by their response. They offered me a measly $5 refund or told me I could pay them an additional $10 to ship it back for a fix. Even worse, with Father’s Day just two days away, they said the corrected version wouldn’t arrive until well after the holiday — completely missing the point of the gift. For a company that markets itself around personalized, meaningful gifts, the lack of quality control and poor customer service was incredibly disappointing. Save yourself the money and frustration — I would not recommend ordering from them.”

“Ordered on 4-29-25 and paid for expedited shipping that gave me an expected delivery date before mothers day. A full month later I still haven't received it and I working with customer service on a refund has been ridiculous. Im actually convinced this site is more of a scam than a genuine company.”

“I usually keep my thoughts to myself, but I had to say something this time. This company totally scammed me out of my investment and then disappeared. Thankfully, AMDARK LIMITED ** COM came to the rescue and got me a full refund. If anyone else has been scammed by them, definitely contact AMDARK for help!”

“product not suit for purpose, was delivered broken and 10 days late. I have asked for a refund and the subpar customer service has the effrontery to offer me a $3 refund on a $30.27 product. This company is shabby, work ethic shabby and are pretty much fraudulent. I would not recommend to anyone. Please for those reading use any other company that exists on this earth you will get a better service.”

“Over a month later and still no delivery. Company won’t help whatsoever, they only offer half of the shipping cost as a refund. Beware. Product comes from China and the shipping company is a weird company with weird tracking. 100% dissatisfied”
