Absolutely disappointed with my keyring nothing like what you advertised!!! The photo doesn't even cover the whole keyring!! Worned all my family and friends not to order from you!! Not worth the money I paid. Was ment to be an Xmas present but there was no way I was going to use it so having to find something else at last minute!!!!

Worse company I have ever ordered from ! I ordered a locket for my Nan after losing my grandad ... I ordered this for her on the 12th November and it’s still not even been sent off yet !! The person I am dealing with by email hasn’t helped at all, only to offer me 10% off my next item !! Like hell am I ever ordering from them again !! How can a locket take over a month to be sent off !!!

I ordered a photo rubik's cube..today i received 8 plastic squares and Xerox copies of the photos i chose and IM SUPPOSED TO PUT THIS THING TOGETHER? ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME

Don’t use this company. I received broken items & the will not refund or credit! Check their website for 90 day guarantee. It’s false. This Company makes money on “deals” not products. Beware PayPal cannot help you.

90 day guarantee from their website does not exist. I used the reviews from their website to sway my purchase. Bad choice. Those reviews cannot be confirmed. Ordered 4 jewelry. The bracelet arrived broken and they refused to work with me. The quality of 2 necklaces didn’t match and they will not work to replace them. Contacted PayPal which was a joke. Cannot reach them by phone due to overwhelming covid situation. Finally after sending communication to PayPal they weee also stringed along by soufeel. After 6 weeks PayPal came to agreement with this company to use a full Refund of $97.80 if I send alL products back. So I did. Now, soufeel is denying this agreement and that they never received items even though I’m providing signature confirmation with name of agent received. The products were ordered July 2, 2020. Items received 7/24/20. Grievance submitted by email 7/24/20. Since no phone number. At this very moment; I don’t have the products anymore and they have all my money ?!! How is this fair. That’s why we need to stop doing business with China. If I knew they were based on Asia - trust me. I would of never placed an order !! That’s the truth. ~Jo

Even though I know I put the right address on the order they said it was the wrong address and returned to sender which now they want to charge me extra 8.00 to resend the package.

I sent an email which came back:"no reply" address not found. I ordered a personalised clock with a pic of my pet but it was too dark and FAULTY! The second hand moved forward and backwards even after the battery was replaced twice..!! Needless to say the clock arrived broken.

Don't bother with this company unless you pay the extra $2 for insurance (which I didn't realize was a thing until I was told I couldn't be helped because I didn't pay it - apparently a small checkbox that I didn't see). My package was lost in the mail. This is the response I received: "We do understand your concern but, because you did not purchase the insurance, I am afraid we could not resend the order for free. What we can do at most, is to refund 30% of this order. Along with that, you will have to shoulder the shipping fee and restocking fee so that we will process the replacement order for you ASAP." I paid $14 for the item and $28 for the shipping. So I will get roughly $4 back, but will have to pay the shipping and whatever the restocking fee in order for them to send me a new item. I purchased a photo heart on 5/2/20 after my dad passed away. The photo faded off the metal and was replaced 7/21/20 & now the same thing happened again and Bonnie the Soulfeel rep told me the necklace was not meant to wear every day which is stupid and will not do anything about it. I would not recommend this product to buy because Soulfeel does not stand behind their product and their customer service is horrible.

Courier brought product to my apartment, and then returned it to sender. Soufeel "lost" my product and wont send me a replacement or even a refund

I feel so ripped off. Not only paying top dollar for express post, my main gripe is the quality of the personalised puzzle I ordered. Asking for a 100 piece, not realising it came the size of a small photo print, the pieces are so tiny, they not only broke into pieces while taking it apart, but can barely hold them in my fingers. Quality was poor and paper thin...for a jigsaw puzzle!! Basically straight into the rubbish bin for it. That’s $AU63 I threw away. Nowhere during the ordering process did it say it was made/sent from China. I was led to believe it was made in Australia. I blame myself really and have learnt my lesson. Never again will I use this company.

I wanted to buy a picture puzzle for my wife for Mother’s Day. I stumbled across Soufeel or the name Photo Blanket. I placed my order with them and Immediately contacted them to find out how long it was going to take. The response took two days and after reading the message, I realized that they were not the company I thought they were. I quickly tried to cancel the order but they refused. I guess I should have done more research because I found Shutterfly soon after. I ordered the same product from Shutterfly and they told me that the photo I submitted (the same photo I submitted to Soufeel) was not high enough quality. I sent Shutterfly another photo and the puzzle came within a month and was beautiful. It took Soufeel over THREE MONTHS to ship me my puzzle and it’s not great. DO NOT BUY from Soufeel, BUY FROM SHUTTERFLY! Truly, it’s my fault because I should have done more research but lesson learned.

DO NOT do business with Soufeel. Ordered a custom puzzle. Took over two months to receive the puzzle but I understand it was during COVID. The puzzle is essentially completely black. There are a couple of dark grey areas but it is unrecognizable as anything but a black puzzle. Contacted customer support via email asking for either a refund or to send me what I ordered. Their answers have been consistent – “It’s not our problem, it’s your problem”. First it was my upload is too dark, then it was too low of a resolution, then it was too small, etc. I created this picture using 3D modeling software and have a 24x18” print of it on my office wall. It has also been printed in poster size for a charity gala. There is nothing wrong with my picture. 26 emails later they still take no responsibility or provide a refund. It basically a SCAM by an internet thief. Put your money back in your pocket.

I'm in the same boat as the rest of the reviews I have read. I been waiting since June and I keep getting it's in transit and still needs to go through customs and since Covid-19 has been on the rise again that could be part of the problem. Never ordering from them again unless it's in the USA😡😡

Poor quality, arrives late, no refund, they don't solve the problem when the product is damaged, it takes a long time to answer, I never bought it through this site, just throw money in the trash. I bought a personalized necklace for Father's Day and a poster for our family, although I bought it a month in advance, my order only arrived a week after Father's Day, as all orders came from China, besides the chain being heavy the chain is short and doesn’t fit around the neck, so far so good, but my photo arrived completely stained and unusable and so I went to complain and ask for the return of my money, but besides they take too long to answer they refuse to return the my money even if the product is damaged, they start offering 10% refund and then 50% and so they roll up, I never bought on this site.

4/30/20- email from them that my 2 items (2 globes) have been shipped and to expect the package within 8 days. 05/12/20- sent an email to them regarding the location of my package. 05/14/20- recieved an email from "Irene" in response to my email, of course she blamed COVID19, was unapologetic and ended the email with, "dont worry, it'll be there in a few days" (easy for her to say, they were both fathers day gifts for 2 different people). 05/29/20- I sent an email to cancel items, as the provided tracking numbers showed they were in CA for weeks now, without any further information and/or ETA provided. 06/20/20- reply from Irene which was obvious that it's the same email she was sending everyone because it's the same one I got weeks before. BLAMING THE CORONA VIRUS OUTBREAK. 06/3/20- recieved 1 of the 2 items (although ordered together..) 06/08/20- wrote an email inquiring about my 2nd item that was mysteriously missing. And again asked to cancel and refund me my money, as the gift has become useless and unsymbolic. 06/11/20- recieved an email apologizing and asking for my patience. Smh. 06/18/20- FINALLY it arrived. Almost 2 months it took to recieve my items, with a policy of 8 days to ship. They ignored my requests and just kept blaming the corona virus. On top of it all..one globe looked horrible and the other doesn't even light up. They were so ugly looking that I didnt even give it to the I to people. HORRIBLE...I STILL WANT A REFUND TOO.

I don't even want to wait for my items to finally get here to review. I won't reorder ever again . 3 emails and still no response back! . The website said 5 to 8 days to make and process my item was in processing for 15 days finally shipped and still not here yet. And I paid extra for expedite. I ordered plenty of time for fathers day yet still have nothing!!! My order literally Still shows in Processing it’s been over 2weeks since I placed the order! I ordered 29 items and paid well over $300.00 !!!!! They should not have taken the money until the order is shipped and they already charged and took the money !!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM IS DEFINITELY ALL OVER THIS THEY HAVE 48 hours before I contact the police and the fraud department!!!!! I will be refuting this charge in 48 hours!!!!

I too am in the same boat! Ordered a puzzle in April for a friends birthday and here we are in July. I’ve actually been emailing with their “customer service representative” if you’d like to call her that. All she does is blame COVID and say it’s out of their hands when I’ve asked for a refund. I’ve told her multiple times that my friend is fleeing NY and will no longer be at the residence and her solution was to be patient and wait. What?! How does waiting longer get it to my friend who isn’t even at the delivery address anymore. She’s infuriating and will not direct me to someone higher up. This company is a scam!
