My bubblehead doesn't even resemble 5% of what i look like nonetheless they cannot do anything. Its like ordering tomatoes from a supermarket and receiving bananas and u cant do anything about it. Its a scam.

I can not begin to describe the frustration throughout the whole process with soufeel and their customer service. I ordered a customized heated blanket in March as a gift, and it was supposed to arrive within 6-9 business days. A month later, when I reached out to soufeel they insisted the package was on the way and every email received stated it would arrive within 6-9 business days. The tracker for the package showed the package had arrived to my town of residence, but customer service insisted it was stuck with customs (tracker showed it cleared customs a week prior). After 2 months of back and forth and them copy/pasting responses I asked for a refund, but was told since the package had shipped already that I could not get one. Another month of copy pasting email responses and an offer of $15 (which I never received) for my frustration and their lack of help to me resulted in an investigation on where my package actually was. 20 days later I was offered a new package to be created and sent, to which I responded I would rather get a refund and take my business elsewhere. 8 days later I received an email asking for my address for the new package to be sent, to which I responded I did not want a new package, I wanted a refund. They are now offering me $15 less than the full price of my package because they allegedly sent me the $15 prior (I NEVER RECEIVED IT!) and are refusing to provide any links to leave a review on their official site. PLEASE PLEASE stay away from soufeel or be prepared to be frustrated beyond belief dealing with their customer service and hope/pray you actually receive your package. From the other reviews I've read it seems like the quality of the package is less than to be desired anyway.

Absolute Trash products, shipping misrepresentation as the orders seem to come from China, and not US based, and the customer service is terrible as they refuse to give refunds.

These guys are scammers. Immediately after checkout and payment they requested addition funds for shipping based on my location, which is metro Melbourne. I cancelled immediately by email as per their process. The are still refusing and trying to charge me two days later as they put into production even though they acknowledged my email immediately to cancel - trying to continue extorting funds. They parade as different company names over socials and all do the same thing. I ordered again on another page - thankfully via PayPal and got exactly the same email. Found out it was them and managed to retrieve the funds via PayPal. Buyer Beware!!! If you want to loose money, then go ahead but they are nothing but Scammers trying to mislead and extort from the general consumer.

Deceptive. Not a UK company. Have been waiting weeks on my order, not very confident that it will ever arrive. I would advise you to AVOID

Order never arrived and apparently it's 'company policy' that they can only offer 30% refund. Absolute joke. It's also a Chinese company under the guise of a UK web address. Scroll to the bottom and registered in Hong Kong. First they said it'll take a month to sort out, after a month had already passed. Then said do I want a replacement (they were Christmas presents and it's the end of January, so obviously not!) and so the only offer is they'll refund me 30% of my £85 order, even though my order never arrived!

*AVOID AT ALL COSTS* After paying £8.99 for shipping to ensure the product arrived before Christmas, I still don't have it on the 10th Jan. Rather than issue a refund, as suggested by the delivery company, Soufeel has informed me that they want to charge an additional fee of £8.99. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced and a complete scam. £28 for a £10 product which never even arrived. What a joke!

I placed my order on 28th November it was supposed to arrive by 12th December as they was Christmas gifts they finally arrived on the 4th January! Terrible quality cheap looking gifts but refusing to refund or return items even though they was 3 weeks late and there customer service is terrible I will never shop again and will continue to warn everyone about this scam of a company

Buyer beware - Read the fine print before making any purchase. They advertise fast shipping including an option with shipping insurace. What they don't list as clearly as their fast shipping options (unless you have a crystal ball and take the time to read), is that they still have to produce the items first. So, if you are looking for 4-6 days shipping, be sure to tack on another week or two before they even ship - thus misleading many customers into thinking that they would getting their gift items in time for Christmas. Right after I placed the order, I noticed that there was a production time...so I immediatley contacted them to enquire if the items would arrive on time for Christmas....In response, they gave me a long winded reply covering thier production, quality control guidelines, etc. - but no simple, straight answer as to whether or not my products for this specigic order would arrive on time for Christmas. After dealing with 3 reps over the course of a 10-day period, I finally had to conclude myself that the items would not make it on time for Christmas. I advised them of my due digligence from the very day the order was placed to get a straight answer from them from as to whether or not they could make the delivery timeline, and therefore, was entitled to a full refund (including taxes) regardless of whether or not they already went into production. They stated that the refund was being processed, but it would take 7-14 buiness days to refelct on my account, depending on who I bank with. I have never heard of such a long processing time - not to mention that I deal with a major bank. It's been almost 2 weeks and I still don't see that refund. Based on my experience in dealing with them, I fear that they are sketchy and won't be seeing this refund anytime soon; so I may have to resport to the Better Business Bureau for support. AVOID this company at all costs.

Ich habe am 05.12.2022 extra VIP Service und express Versand bezahlt aber bis heute keine Ware erhalten. Auf der Internetseite stand 4-6 Werktage. Aber die sind nun längst überschritten und der Geburtstag für den ich das Geschenk benötigte vorbei. Als ich eine Erstattung verlangt habe, wurde mir gesagt ich müsste erst meine negative Bewertungen löschen. Dazu möchte man mich bis heute drängen. Ich habe das ganze nun Paypal gemeldet.

Absolutely disgusting company placed an order nearly 4 weeks ago and I still haven’t received my order and refusing point blank to give me a refund and the people you speak to on chat/email are absolutely useless trained chimps could do a better job no people skills what so ever. Stay well clear off this website if I was you or you won’t see your item or money again

Ordered what I thought was a blanket with my 2 deceased dogs pictures on it. What I got was towel size with only 1 of their pics. Never again. Soufeel, don't even bother responding.

TERRIBLE COMPANY. ORDERED A BRACELET FOR MY VET FOR EVERYTHING SHE DID FOR MY DOGS. THE BRACELET WOULD NOT FIT A 5 YEAR OLD, AND THE CHARMS YOU NEED A MICROSCOPE TO SEE. CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE....ALL MY FAULT. THE PICTURES I SENT WERE TO SMALL. I COULD HAVE SENT A 8 X 10, BUT IT WOULD HAVE NOT FIT ON A 1/4" CHARM............AND I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE BRACELET.............NOT THAT THERE WAS A SIZE TO ORDER ON THE FORM, WHICH THERE WAS NOT. SO THEY OFFERED ME A 5% REFUND ON MY ORDER...$4.50. THEY WILL DO NOTHING.............DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. IF YOU HAVE TO RETURN SOMETHING.........YOU WILL BE OUT OF LUCK. SCAM COMPANY. CHECK OUT ALL THE OTHER 1 STAR REVIEWS....ITS NOT ONLY ME. STICK TO AMAZON.....................

I have not got my order its said delivered but I didnt get anyhing on mail I gave emailed and no one is really help customs service is beyond discussing and helpless they wanted me to call usps I did. Nothin back

the custom pillow I ordered arrived and the picture is so pixalated that you cannot tell who the person is, if the picture wasn't of the right quality I shouldd have been contacted and could have provided another, but I wasn't and the result it absolute rubbish, unusable and trying to get a refund has been a nightmare....avoid this company, avoid avoid avoid!!!!

Scam company operating with other scam companies making custom products. Not an Australian company, and their 90 day guarantees are on show to lure you. They absolutely do not offer anything they promise, they make your order incorrect as they ask you to pay fees to fix their mistakes. They tell you to pay a fee to be able to get a refund!!! This company is dodgy and money scamming. AVOID THEM!!!!!

***DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY*** Awful quality product. Received some awful kind of canvas paper when I ordered a proper canvas to put on the wall. When I contacted customer services, they made out that it was my own fault for ordering this when nowhere in the description does it say "printed on canvas paper" After days of unhelpful communication with "customer service" I was offered a £4 refund on a £40 product. Also, be careful at checkout as they add random things on so that you don't notice. My order went up £10 extra just before paying.

Am so Dissapointed, a $90 photo necklace that I bought for Xmas has broken, not the actual necklace it’s the picture, the picture just broke half out, I paid extra for a longer warranty as I thought 90 days was a joke on any product, Soulfeel have informed me today they won’t help even though it’s a fault of the photo, Worst customer service worst product, spend your money elsewhere because this is disgusting
