The item shown on the website is way different in terms of quality and even description! I ordered a Rubki's personalized where I thought the cube would be done already. What arrives? A D-I-Y package that is made of the lowest quality I've seen. The cuts of images are tricky, a ZERO step by step guidance. NEVER IN LIFE GETTING SOMETHING FROM THEM NEVER!

My Husband ordered a bobble head that should have looked like us. However, they messed up on me! We asked for our refund back multiple times but they wouldn't. They kept offering partial and that's not right! Oh and they also said, "you can paint the skin color yourself!" Are you freaking kidding me! This company is a scam! Do not purchase anything from here or you're regret it! Customer service is horrible! Paid so much for this piece that I can’t even use!

I ordered a wooden clock which was advertised as custom engraved and hand crafted. The picture and wording were eligible, small and poorly created with a stamp of some kind.

Awful. Worst company I EVER dealt with. Misleading. Ordered a charm with a Spotify code. When received played the wrong song. When contacted support they said it’s bc I don’t have premium Spodify account. This was after I had to send them videos of it not working. Won’t give a refund. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY.

I wouldn’t even give a 1 star I ordered paying extra for postage before Christmas for Christmas arrival up to now no item has arrived and when I emailed several times they tell me to chase my parcle when I said it’s not well overdue . They Refused refund and no other compensation. Basics they stole my money I spent £60 plus extra postage cost don’t use them I wish I read the reviews first I’m not the only one they scammed

I have been waiting for my order for nearly 3 weeks and have sent emails asking on progress on my order with no reply. I’m very unhappy with the service as my order is a gift for my husband which is late.

The finish was terrible i am so embarrassed i cant give this to my daughter as her special birthday gift the hinge is unfinished with ragy edges 7 days late i will never shop with u again and i will certainly be posting on social media as to what a piece of trash i paid for

I purchased a set of Car Seat covers as per the description. Only one arrived despite the picture showing 2 and the description says Car Seat Covers (plural), and who would only order 1 anyway?? When I contact Customer service, I was told if I wanted 2, I should have ordered 2! I THOUGHT I WAS ORDERING 2 AS PER YOUR DESCRIPTION! All your apologises do not solve my problem. If I want another I have to pay another £40!!!

I bought my mum two pictures charms for Christmas within six months they had turned brown when I contacted the company they offered me a 5% discount off of my next order, not to replace the chance not a full refund, 5% off my next order🙄. Needless to say I will never be ordering again

I am writing this review to save you some money, you DONT order from this company! it is a joke they will scam you! I order the portrait with a song from Spotify with a custom picture. First, let them sent me an item with no picture. I wrote the support and they told me that they will send me a replacement. After 3 weeks of waiting they sent me the same item! Honestly save your money for another gift or present. it is not worth it!

Not worth using, just don't bother. 2 MONTHS to deliver, terrible quality to such a degree a child could do better. product didn't even function. would not reccommend at all and would not trust the on site reviews either.

Probably the worst company I have dealt with. Took a month and a half to get first one made then it smashed without telling me. After three weeks of exchanges we eventually got a replacement. Yet again, heard nothing about despatch so reached out. Received it now. The picture quality is awful. And was not worth the hassle of the month and a half I have been emailing this company. Do not buy from here!!

I will never order from this company again! i ordered a charm a mnth ago !! Has never arrived. I asked for a refund was basically told yes but after all the costs I would get nothing back which is disgusting I wouldnt advise any one to buy. Never again

Delay with order even though I paid for express delivery. When it came it was very poor quality, not fit for purpose and damaged. Sent photos and explained just back and for emails asking for pictures I have already sent. Telling me the marks that are prominent and ingrained will disappear over time! Disgusting service!

Worst experience ever! Picture is horrific, looks like a 2 year old painted my face red. Talk to customer service and they said " looking at your order details it's what you ordered" haha!! I did not order a picture that only my face is bright red while the rest of my body looks normal. Not to mention I paid 56.00 for these boxers and it took 2 months for them to arrive. Don't waste your money. I will never order from this company again. I wish I would of read reviews before ordering from here. Lesson learned!

I assuming this company has never shipped to the United States before. I made an order, I was told there was an issue with the shipping address and it could not be delivered. I was told there was an issue with the name of the town on the address, of which I know exists. This is where my wife works, and we live in said town. So, I changed the address to my son, in North Carolina (USA), and I am sure I will be told it does not exist either. I ordered the same item from a company that has shipped to my wife's address. This other company has delivered to this address in question by Soulfeel before, and there was no issues. I will just have to make sure I refrain from ordering anything from Soulfeel again. I am hoping the item might show one day. I find it easier to ship an item from the Kingdom of Saudia Arabia then this place.
