I purchased 2 rings. One was all black and I give 5 stars too. The second was gold and had dimonties which nearly all fell out in the first week.

My Order was damaged, I ordered the Spotifyglass. When it arrived, I contacted customer service immediately via email and provided pictures of the 3 little scratches on the left and right side of the 'centred picture' on the Spotifyglass. I sent 4-5 pictures to the customer service representative MULTIPLE TIMES!.....Meaning I had to explain my issue and story to the customer service representative in three different ways, SO THE REPRESENTATIVE COULD UNDERSTAND my complaint. I received a response in 24 hours for all three emails that were sent to the SAME representative who kept asking to SEE PICTURES AGAIN AND AGAIN about the damages because the customer service representative was under the impression that the film on the glass was not removed...I KEPT INSISTING THAT THE FILM HAS BEEN REMOVED AND TO PLEASE LOOK AT MY FINGER PRINTS ON THE GLASS FROM THE MULTIPLE PICTURES THAT WERE SENT. ANYWAY...I WAS SUPER ANNOYED WITH THE BACK & FORTH EMAILS OF THE SAME COMPLAINT!! Eventually, SpotifyGlass - FINALLY, understood my complaint and decided to send me a new SpotifyGlass through express shipment. My order arrived on the expected date and it has no scratches or damages to it. I am giving a 3 star, due to the fact that I had to explain and describe the damages to my order to the customer service representative via email more than once...repeating my story about the same complaint multiple times is annoying!!! I have no idea why they can't have a Customer Service Phone Number.

The product is great, but I’m giving it 3 stars because the order took 2 and a half months to deliver to my house. If you are patient and contact them to make sure its actually on it’s way like I did, you will receive a great product!

My order was lost because I did not receive the tracking number in time I spoke with several customer service people and the only one who gave me a solution was Tracy, she was very attentive and understood my point now I have to wait for a replacement

Tracy was responsive and prompt. However, she stuffed up the order at least twice. I'm not sure if this is her fault but I've had to wait an extra 2 and a half months for my order.

Good customer service but was disappointed with the product. I ordered a personalised key ring which was TINY and not worth the $50. I now note that there was no measurements on the description either!!

I ordered a puzzle about 2 weeks ago. It was supposed to be delivered a few days ago. Only today was it shipped. Customer service has been in touch with me but takes them a few days to answer my emails. On top of that the website says shipping will take 5-8 days but in the confirmation email I got it says shipping can take up to 10 days. The inconsistency is confusing. I'm upset that the gift I purchased wasn't delivered in time nor do I feel like the company is making an effort to fast track the order after it was already delayed.

I ordered a watch over a month ago, and haven't got a message, that it would be delivered for about two weeks, when I asked the customer support, when they would deliver the package. They told me that things would be difficult because of Corona, which is understandable. Today I got the watch and I have to say: the engraving is wonky at best. The "wooden present box" was a cartboard box. This made the whole present rather... Pathetic...

Ordered and paid for faster delivery on 30 January, 7 march so not received item. Total waste of time. No response from customer service either. Item says shipped, but still nothing. Do not order from them.
