Terrible Terrible Terrible!! My daughter bought a mother's day puzzle for me during the Covid pandemic. They never shipped the item, no customer service rep is ever available to speak with. After 2 months of trying to reach their costumer service department, all we got was some generic email blaming Covid for the delay in shipping. They stole money from a 15 year old trying to do a nice thing for her mother!!

All the negative reviews are so true. I placed my order for a puzzled photograph on April 21st and after waiting and waiting gave up and filed a claim through PayPal on May 28th; finally received the puzzle June 18th!

I don't even want to wait for my items to finally get here to review. I won't reorder. 4 emails with no response back is horrible customer service. The website said 5 to 8 days to make and process my item was in processing for 15 days finally shipped and still not here yet. I ordered plenty of time for fathers day and I couldn't even give him his gift after having to drive to another state so now I have to re ship it when it finally arrives if it ever does. Still shows in California and been almost a month since I placed the order

This is the worst company ive ever had to deal with. After taking over 3 months to send my package which was a Mother’s Day gift, it arrived and was a custom puzzle, and after my mom started doing it the pieces were missing. I sent a picture in and they said that the pieces fell in our couch cushion and it was our fault. The don’t seem to understand that the puzzle doesn’t come broken into a bunch of little pieces. It comes about about 15-20 pieces that we are supposed to break apart. The princes are rather large and would easily be misplaced. But no sorry, no offer for a refund, not I’ll send you a new one. Just a 4 day wait for a response to be blamed. Worst company over ever dealt with

It took 2+ months to recieve the puzzle I ordered. The puzzle was horrible quality and there was a black blob on it that was not in the photo. Customer service is virtually non existent. Do not order from Soufeel!

I ordered April 30th expecting a package on or near Mother’s Day. Paid for expedited shipping which is 5-8 business days in addition to the 3-5 days of processing. On May 5th they told me my package had been shipped after weeks of waiting, reaching out to their support email(with NO response), calling their number (with NO response) I refuted the charge on my card on May 30 and accepted the fact I was never getting the package. Then on JUNE 11 the package arrived at my door way past their promise date and in a mediocre condition and they had the audacity to ask me to reverse the refute on JUNE 18 although it happened over 2 weeks ago. Terrible company DO NOT order anything here.

After purchasing multiple items with this company, I can assure I would never purchase again! Shipping was extremely delayed, customer service is nonexistent, and the quality of the product is cheap and doesn’t look like the advertised product. There are far more companies to purchase similar products, I’d recommend trying your luck there.

My product never showed and it has been 6 weeks. I ordedered my product on May 4th. They responded to my email and told me it will be delivered end of May. They sent that yesterday on Jun 17th. They said be patient and please wear a mask. Are you kidding me... Don't buy from them. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

Still waiting on picture puzzles 6-7 weeks later. Automated responses say it had already arrived. After email questioning, I just got an email today that said it had shipped 3 weeks after delivery confirmation. Call customer service it goes to voicemail. No call back. Ask a question via email, automated response. Online support you can talk to a computer. Same misinformation. Track order. Love to but it never shipped. Completely worthless customer service. Still waiting on product over 6 weeks later. Pitiful. Save your time and money. Go elsewhere.

ES UNA ESTAFA NO COMPREIS.Me gustaría compartir con vosotros mi experiencia la cual ha sido nefasta. Encargue una puzzle después de un mes y medio me lleguo. Me gustaria poder compartir con vosotros una foto porque no hay palabras que puedan describir lo que recibí.. es una mancha negra en la cual no se diferencia nada. Reclamé enviándoles la foto original y me dice que era muy oscura la cual no lo es... He pedido una devolución del dinero y solo me han ofrecido 3 euros de los 20 euros que pague... En mi vida he puesto una mala valoración en ningún sitios pero esta empresa me parece unos sinvergüenzas y unos ladrones y gente así no debería tener un negocio aprovechándose de la buena fe de la gente.. espero que mis 20 euros por los menos sean invertidos para que nadie más compre y que no os engañen

I purchased a Mother’s Day gift over a month in advance and was tracking it over a month later it gave me my last update that it was “processed through the facility” and nothing after that. It’s been 3 months and I have called them 7 times, left emails and I have gotten no information from them so not only did I spent 80 dollars I will never see again but my mom didn’t get a Mother’s Day gift this year. Sorry mom, this place sucks. If I could rate it 0 I would. I have never written a bad review but if this will get someone’s attention so I can at least get an answer for a refund that would be great. 0/10 Dont recommend.

This company is a scam! No product delivered. Stole my money! BUYER BEWARE! They don’t answer their phone calls or emails. I’m not one to write negative reviews. This is actually the first. But the fact that I completely lost over $60 with no explanation is unacceptable. Avoid this company.

Ordered a puzzle 6 weeks ago, still no sign of it and zero communication from their customer service team when I send my weekly inquiry to check on ETA. Beyond disappointed.

I ordered a photo puzzle for Mother's Day for $42 on April 25th. The description on Soufeel's site said processing would take 4-5 days and shipping would take 8-10. Even assuming worst case scenario (and only counting business days) it should have arrived at the very latest Friday, May 15th. It still has not arrived as of 6/1 (37 days later!!!). When I go to the tracking link, the most recent update is 5/13 when it was marked as "shipped." The page has not updated in weeks. When I sent an email to the company, I only got an automated response saying: "Due to the outbreak of the Novel Coronavirus has greatly affected global shipping, resulting in a sudden reduction in flights, a serious logistics backlog. According to news from each countries' postal service and customs, all orders recently will be delayed due to the virus and it is normal if there is no update as most of orders are now stuck in customs. We request your patience in waiting for your order and your understanding that we are trying our best to push it." I would not have ordered it had I known it would not arrive in time. If the shipping schedules had changed this drastically, Soufeel should have updated their website to reflect those changes. I have been completely unable to get a person on the phone or in a chat. I only get automated emails with no additional information. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
