4/30/20- email from them that my 2 items (2 globes) have been shipped and to expect the package within 8 days. 05/12/20- sent an email to them regarding the location of my package. 05/14/20- recieved an email from "Irene" in response to my email, of course she blamed COVID19, was unapologetic and ended the email with, "dont worry, it'll be there in a few days" (easy for her to say, they were both fathers day gifts for 2 different people). 05/29/20- I sent an email to cancel items, as the provided tracking numbers showed they were in CA for weeks now, without any further information and/or ETA provided. 06/20/20- reply from Irene which was obvious that it's the same email she was sending everyone because it's the same one I got weeks before. BLAMING THE CORONA VIRUS OUTBREAK. 06/3/20- recieved 1 of the 2 items (although ordered together..) 06/08/20- wrote an email inquiring about my 2nd item that was mysteriously missing. And again asked to cancel and refund me my money, as the gift has become useless and unsymbolic. 06/11/20- recieved an email apologizing and asking for my patience. Smh. 06/18/20- FINALLY it arrived. Almost 2 months it took to recieve my items, with a policy of 8 days to ship. They ignored my requests and just kept blaming the corona virus. On top of it all..one globe looked horrible and the other doesn't even light up. They were so ugly looking that I didnt even give it to the I to people. HORRIBLE...I STILL WANT A REFUND TOO.
