Don't bother with this company unless you pay the extra $2 for insurance (which I didn't realize was a thing until I was told I couldn't be helped because I didn't pay it - apparently a small checkbox that I didn't see). My package was lost in the mail. This is the response I received: "We do understand your concern but, because you did not purchase the insurance, I am afraid we could not resend the order for free. What we can do at most, is to refund 30% of this order. Along with that, you will have to shoulder the shipping fee and restocking fee so that we will process the replacement order for you ASAP." I paid $14 for the item and $28 for the shipping. So I will get roughly $4 back, but will have to pay the shipping and whatever the restocking fee in order for them to send me a new item.
