I purchased a photo heart on 5/2/20 after my dad passed away. The photo faded off the metal and was replaced 7/21/20 & now the same thing happened again and Bonnie the Soulfeel rep told me the necklace was not meant to wear every day which is stupid and will not do anything about it. I would not recommend this product to buy because Soulfeel does not stand behind their product and their customer service is horrible.
