I am disappointed. I ordered 2 personized puzzles and 2 personalized cushions with covers. Package was delivered with one cushion missing. Box was all taped up like it was opened before delivery. When reported, I was asked to send a picture of what was received and a picture of the packaging. This was a gift shipped directly to the receiver. Quite obviously this cannot be done. I have never heard of any company mistrusting their customers as they did. Quality of the product is nothing to write home about either! I will not be ordering from them again.
