Was given another tracking number that helped me be at ease about my order timing and arrival. Was contacted within 48 hours when I had sent an email with a concern. I ordered jan 28th and it was delivered feb 16th. Was given a 9-15 day shipping time not including production. The item arrived just as pictured and I am very happy with the outcome of the product!!
