*AVOID AT ALL COSTS*
After paying £8.99 for shipping to ensure the product arrived before Christmas, I still don't have it on the 10th Jan. Rather than issue a refund, as suggested by the delivery company, Soufeel has informed me that they want to charge an additional fee of £8.99. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced and a complete scam. £28 for a £10 product which never even arrived. What a joke!
