My order arrived in the given time frame. Unfortunately, it was slightly damaged. I contacted the company immediately and I was responded to promptly. I was very pleased with the rate of their response and their customer service. It is a beautiful and well-made piece of jewellery and was a good price. I would be more than happy to purchase from them again.
