On the site it said final work as in spelling, ect... I was able to changed a misspelled word in a matter of hours! She helped as soon as they were able to read my email! This is my 2nd time ordering from them and it definitely wont be my last! Thank you all sooo much! It's a Birthday gift and I know she'll love it!
