Still waiting on picture puzzles 6-7 weeks later. Automated responses say it had already arrived. After email questioning, I just got an email today that said it had shipped 3 weeks after delivery confirmation.
Call customer service it goes to voicemail. No call back. Ask a question via email, automated response. Online support you can talk to a computer. Same misinformation. Track order. Love to but it never shipped.
Completely worthless customer service. Still waiting on product over 6 weeks later.
Pitiful. Save your time and money. Go elsewhere.
