I was told my order would be here by the 19th Oct, then when I tracked the order with Hermes, it said update 27th Oct we cannot deliver contact supplier.
I work from home so always someone in and never had a card through the door.
Still waiting for a call back from my call to them, telling them the delivery has failed and I need a refund.
Studio Cards is not fulfilling orders that they have been paid for.
This must be a criminal offense surely?
