Would give 0 stars if possible.
I ordered a sideboard in October with delivery on 2nd november.
It's now 15th Dec and still not got my item....
I have been in contact with them via email on many occasions .
I managed to get through on chat last week. After explaining everything and getting nowhere the agent disconnected my call.....very rude.....
.I got straight back online to talk to another agent.
Eventually she told me all they could do as studio had cancelled my order last week ( without my consent ) was to offer me 20% off my next order and free delivery
The cost for the original order was added to my studio credit account in October and I am now chasing them up to get this money back into my account, and still awaiting the email to confirm the agreed discount
After leaving a negative review I was emailed by studio to say they had sent me an email to reply to in order to resolve the issue
Yes you can imagine, this has not arrived in my inbox either
I ordered matching tables just prior to ordering the sideboard and there were no issues with these
Is it too much to ask to receive my item that I have already been charged for ?
