I ordered some bunk beds last year, but 7 months in and they broke. They were so flimsy. Should have sent back straight away but didn't have much of a choice.
I've spent the last 4 months trying to get a refund as they have a 1 year guarantee with their furniture. Just getting no where and still being charged interest on the beds.
