Ordered two personalised items, received email to say it’s been dispatched. Tracked parcel on Hermes for nearly a week- kept saying “waiting for parcel”
Parcel was delivered today- completely wrong order and wrong name on it. Rang customer service, said incorrect parcel would be collected and to reorder what I wanted. No mention of my original order and no apologies or compensation.
What a joke!
