I didn't even want to give them the 1 star
Worst customer service. Code for free delivery, they charged the £4.99 delivery, phoned to get refunded, refuse, say call back in 24hours, call back in 3 days, call back in 7 days
They take your cash, and then say they can't refund as waiting for account approval ?? but they happily took my money before they had account approval ?
refund never approved, and assume my items will never arrive
