After the order was placed, they sent an email showing me that the delivery would be sent to a wrong address. I called them ( in India) where they could not speak good enough English to help me, the first person transferred me to a second one in order to get rid off me. They pretended they had sorted it, in order to get me off the phone. It was delivered to the wrong place, ( billing address, not delivery address) and I will now have to spend £30 lugging a huge rug on public transport to the right address.
