This company should not be allowed to trade
We ordered a xmas item on the 7th Nov so I cancejjed it as they could not say when I will receive this gift as I needed it for the 1st Dec .I have not received a e mail regarding my refund
It is totally impossible to send a e mail anywhere as they all get returned they don't accept them -finally phoning them asking to speak to a manager who doesn't ring you and half the time they say the systems are down
This company is well known for bad customer service and letting people down
