Charged me for a faulty item that I returned and then added interested. I reported it as a returned faulty items and have the robot on the phone the courier receipt tracking number. I was charged more interest, a missed payment on my credit score, 4 hour long phone calls and ended up paying for the item in the end as months later the interest was more than the item.
