Placed an order took my money immediately, told me my order would take 3-5 days to reach me. however my order has been sat awaiting dispatch for over 10 days.
I needed those items for this week.
Customer Service cant locate my account despite me providing them my account number.
They tell me to be patient it's a busy time of year. I pointed out that Christmas is the same date and month every year so it shouldn't really come as such a suprise to them.
I am pretty infuriated by them worst company I have used in a very long time.
