Absolutely disgusting. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I ordered a Sony PS5 on 3 December and paid for it. The Studio account was stating it would be delivered by 18/12/2020. Rang them to confirm the delivery date only to be told I wouldn't be receiving it on the 18th as were all allocated. Why take the payment (£454.98) and not advise me of this. To add insult to injury I was advised it would take 7 days for a refund and I urgently need this money to buy my son another present. Going to have a devastated 12 year old on Christmas morning.
Disgusting lack of customer service. Will never purchase from these clowns ever again.
I spoke to Studio twice via phone and was told by 2 separate advisors that I would definitely receive a console and not to worry. I also seen on numerous forums that various individuals had ordered later than myself from Studio and had actually received consoles in the last few days. Have received a refund now but that isn't the point. Not impressed. This company should be closed down ASAP.
