Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever, I sent 8 emails with a complaint, each time they say they are looking into it. No response or updates, after 5 weeks they said they had lost the complaint. Asked for escalation email address three times and they ignored it. First order and certainly my last, asked them to close my account. Couldn’t recommend this company, worst service I’ve received for years
