This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Never received my items via Hermes. Hermes did reply to say they were being returned to studio. I received numerous letters and text to say my account was in arrears.... after I had called and emailed their customer services dept. I got a part refund they then were chasing me for an outstanding balance.... I spoke to their accounts department explained the situation.... sorry to say I paid the full outstanding balance £15.99 to get rid of this, it was taking more of my time... I then checked just today a statement of my account to find I have a £2 balance. Going to report Studio to trading standards.... anyone before you think of making a purchase think twice. No customer service.... not one of the many I spoke to understood or followed up my complaint.
