Worse company ever! Ordered 2 gaming chairs as Christmas presents for my sons. Hadn't recieved them after 5 weeks, even though delivery was within 21 days. I contacted studio and was told there was no stock. I cancelled the items and ourcahed them elsewhere. I was told I would be refunded within 3 to 5 days...almost 2 months later and this still hasn't been done. I rang them twice and the customer service is thw worse I have ever experienced...they haven't got a clue!! I also emailed them and still havnt received a response! I would never recommend this company to anyone! Last summer i returned a faulty tent, studio denied it was recieved ..unfortunately for them I had proof of return...diabolical! Avoid like the plague
