I am absolutely disgusted and I’m shaking with anger over his USELESS company.
3 orders I’ve had stolen or not delivered over the last 3 months. I was told end of November that it takes 30 days for the investigation to be completed. It is now over 60 days. Everytime I call, a manager isn’t available and I have to explain myself every single time to someone new. Yesterday morning I called and was promised a call back yesterday afternoon. Did they call? Nope. Today I’ve just called again. I was put on hold for some time, just to be told there’s no manager available nor the complaints team. He told me he doesn’t know when my items will be credited. His attitude was disgusting. You’re illegally holding the money back, and his reply was ‘ well it’s a credit account not your money’ I was told in November my account will be on hold until further notice until the refunds have gone on. LIES. I’ve been charged a lot of interest for items I’ve not received. I’m SO angry, I’ve wasted so much time on this. Tens of emails, tens of phone calls. I want someone to get back to me ASAP because this is disgusting. I will be going to social media and watchdog.
