A pack of cheap socks delivered which I didn’t order or want.
I have never had any dealings with this company despite the delivery note assigning me an “account number”. Consumer Protection unfair Trading Regs 2008 mean if unsolicited goods not collected within 14 days I can keep them. After much difficulty trying to phone and email I finally left the above information. Quote the above legislation if you are subjected to this scam.
