Shocking customer service
Shocking customer service. They don't help you at all. I tried changing my payment date as mine had changed. I got no help apart from £12 a month charges. I contacting them verious times and they just push you aside and don't listen to you at all. There communication skills are shocking you would get a better service from a 5 year old kid
