Ordered a sofa last August, a spring went in it, got in touch with customer service for a replacement, said yes fine, we’ll come collect and send a replacement to you. Sofa got picked up this morning, chased up when I was getting a replacement as I hadn’t heard back (again) to be told I couldn’t get a replacement as I didn’t have enough money on my account... when I paid cash for this item!!!
After 5 infuriating phone calls, the person on the phone just kept saying the same thing over and over and over again.
Said it’s gonna take 14-21 days to send replacement! I want my cash and I will never EVER be using them again.
