Absolute scam.
Waited so long for my delivery. Havent had an update on my parcel for over 1 week. All they tell me is that it would be delivered in the next 24h, then it was the next 48h. Then thay said i had to wait 10 working days after making my initial claim.
After i claimed that it was in fact lost they ask if i would like to reorder the item, however my account would show as i have been charge twice for the item and would get a refund 30 days after the investigation.
Absolute joke and scam, i dont know how they are still open and operating.
