I had ordered a three piece kitchen set and when I received them I noticed that the microwave was not only noticeably damaged but faulty - it did not work. The kettle and toaster worked fine. When I enquired about a swap for a working microwave they explained that this was not possible and they could only offer me a refund if I returned the whole set or a 10% refund if I chose to keep them. How ridiculous. This is even after me explaining that the kettle and toaster had already been used. Their customer service is shocking - you are passed from person to person so it is difficult to get a correct answer to your questions. I gave up in the end and returned the whole set. My first and LAST time ordering from Studio. Avoid.
