Last September I stupidly bough an iPhone from these, when received the screen was damaged so it was duly returned.
No credit on my account, so chased them only to find that they had not received the phone. Sent them all the tracking details and here we are at the end of June and still no refund. I have called no less than 9 times each being told we are truly surely sorry. I have today called them and that court action will be taken in two weeks if monies are not returned
