I'm pretty sure I paid it up in full, yet they saying its a credit account so it goes onto your credit. Shocking to learn they didnt take the payment, but used it to put onto credit. Customer service is a complete joke ! I wanted to speak to a manager, kept on hold for 27 mins, then tried to ring back, and my calls were not going through.
AVOID THIS ROGUE COMPANY !!!!
