The worst service I have ever experienced!
Ordered matching PJs for 5 people. They emailed to say 1 was out of stock so I immediately phoned to cancel the whole order (no point in matching PJs if one is missing). I am 34 days on and I have received no refund. I have spoken to 4 advisors who kept saying they would cancel order and then refund. Yesterday got an email saying they are sending 2 of the PJs. I DONT WANT THEM.
I am at my wits end! I just want my money back. Eveytime I phone or email they say the same sentence again and again with no resolve.
