If zero stars was a option that’s what I would have given placed my order on 17October With studio, the parcel has been lost with Hermes and today 7th November after speaking to customer service all week (who have zero clue) I have been told this will be resolved in 8 weeks. Are they having a laugh!!! Refused a refund even although I’ve paid and they haven’t delivered. Never again avoid/avoid/avoid
