If I could give less than star I would.
Placed an order on the 18/10 - no communication at all from the company until I phone them on the 09/11 to cancel the order due to length of time passed. Initially told I couldn't cancel my order - until I insisted I could under Consumer Contract Regulations. Then told it would take 72 hours for cancellation to process. Phoned again on 15/11 and I had been misinformed by the first person - apparently it takes 14 days for a cancellation and refund to be processed. Phoned again on the 24/11 and now they are telling me that cancellation was only processed on the 15/11 and it's 14 days from that date (and not from the 09/11 when I initially confirmed my wish to cancel).
Never seen a company like it. All other online retailers I have come across allow you to cancel an order immediately if it has not been dispatched - Studio cannot manage to cancel an order in 14 days!
And when you get through to their customer services, please don't bother asking for a supervisor. Funnily enough, on all three occasions that I've had to phone them - there isn't one available!!!
