I ordered some gift wrap at the end of October and never received as it went missing from their couriers Hermes.i have requested a refund as Studio are aware it is missing but they now say they have to investigate and will send me a claims form.
I just want my money back so I can reorder from a good company.
Don't use these as they are a shower of s__t
