Terrible service. I ordered my items well over 10 days ago, with a delivery time of up to 10 days. The item finally arrived both boxes were damaged and had been ripped open and my items inside were damaged. I have looked all over the Studio site for a contact number and couldn't find one, I found one on google instead. I was informed that they have 14 days to collect the damaged item, although unable to tell me when somebody will be collecting the item. I spent over an hour on a premium rate number trying to explain that I was not at that address in those 14 days and can I request a collection for when I will be there, they are unable to do this, so I am left with a damaged item. A terrible returns service and what sort of company sends out damaged goods? I have other goods which I am still waiting for from Studio after their 10 day delivery time. I hope they do not arrive damaged, I will be very upset if they do.
