Ordered items on the 15th of nov, parcel
Was meant to be delivered by the 24th called studio 3 times tracking wasn’t being updated dust said for 8 days the parcel was delayed and would be delivered the following day. Very incompetent staff who refused to cancel/refund even though my order is lost by Hermes! Absolute joke of a company! Made a complaint was told a manager would call me in 20 mins never heard a thing!
