Studio have really gone downhill - they don't deserve even one star. Ordered 60 personalised Christmas cards on their website last month, arrived 7 days later with a mistake on them. Spoke to a member of their Customer Services team (with poor command of the English language) and after 20 minutes, agreed that a mistake had been made and arranged for them to be printed again and the faulty one collected by their courier company, Hermes. After another 7 days, a replacement pack of cards arrived (and the faulty ones were collected) - but the same mistake appeared on this new pack of cards. Another prolonged phone conversation with their Call Centre (the female who I spoke to "came clean" and admitted that Studio no longer deal with customer queries in the UK, all are directed to their centre in the Phillippines - hence the communication problem with their poor command of English). At least this employee understood my problem and promised that it would be sorted urgently and a third pack of cards would be delivered within 7 days. She also advised that Hermes would collect the second pack of faulty cards on either November 26 or 27. No sign of a Hermes courier calling to collect, so I emailed Studio on November 29 - their response "we will arrange collection within 7 days". OK, fair enough. The third pack of cards was delivered yesterday, Friday, December 3 and, thankfully, the Hermes courier was willing to take back the second pack of cards. However, when I opened up this third box of cards, the very same mistake had been made again. Unbelievable! I will never order goods again from Studio and, despite the fact that, in previous years, I have not had problems when placing orders, this latest saga indicates to me that outsourcing your company call centre is not a good idea. I WOULD RECOMMEND THAT EVERYONE AVOIDS ORDERING GOODS FROM THIS COMPANY.
