Customer service is awful, claimed the parcel was lost in transit, but courier confirmed that they had not collected the parcel. Studio had failed to arrange collection, Studio then said it would take 30 days to look into, i could order the items again at my own expense or wait. Asked for complaints email they said i would need to wait 56 days for a response. Never know a company like it. Definitely avoid.
