Absolutely terrible.. took a long time creating an order of personalised items and setting up a credit account online.
Waiting 48 hours for an order confirmation and after not receiving this made contact to find out my account setup had been declined. Was then advised I would have to go through the whole process again! Not happy taking my business elsewhere.
