Wish I could give a zero!
Ordered a dolls house for my daughter for Christmas. Should of been delivered in November. Rang up to be told that it’d be in stock and delivered on the 5th December. To then ring up again today to be told it’ll be in stock on the 20th December and delivered 5 days later… what, on Christmas Day?! Highly doubtful. Seen lots of people they’ve ordered the same product back in September and still haven’t received them! Constantly having to chase this company they don’t even have the decency to send an email letting you know of any delays!
Requested to cancel my order today to be told it needs to go through to the “relevant department” and this will take 2 days…. Then they make a decision on wether I can cancel?! What!! What happened to consumer rights?? Honestly baffled. Now can’t find a suitable replacement for my daughter that will be here before Christmas and it’s the only thing on her Christmas list! 😫
