I have tried to go on line bit as it asks for dob mine is 1954 ,I find it very difficult as I have arthritis 8n my hands I have to go monthly going back which is an awful lot of maths.i have been trying to enquire about my order placed on the 27th Nov still haven't recievef this but has been added to my bill.whats going on ? R.
