Studio Customer Service are a complete NIGHTMARE. Once the issues have been sorted, I'm out of there, ACCOUNT CLOSED!!! I've only just opened it!!! Been terrible from the word go. Call centre in a foreign country. They can hardly speak English and cannot understand you. Set up an account on a Wednesday evening. Friday I rang to say cancel order. Said my account wasn't up and running but ring Monday. Rang Monday , accepted cancellation and lo and behold everything turned up every day for a week, although 2 same lights, 2 same shades and 1 pk of curtains, 3 ORDERS. Rang call centre to complain that I had cancelled. You had , but can you send them back. Sent back by Hermes parcel shop and to cap it all, 2 more lights were delivered!! On the phone again to ask why ? You ordered them. No I didn't, I've sent them back! Baring in mind these phone calls were lasting upto half hour because of their lack of understanding English. Refused the parcels as I hadn't ordered them. On the phone again for another 30 mins. I was tearing my hair out trying to make them understand I hadn't ordered. "Maybe they are somewhere outside your property and can't see them " Eh? I'm saying they have been refused and courier took them away so why am I being billed for items I have not ordered. "ERM i will look into it. I will try to find out where you parcels are". By then I had lost the plot. " I'm not interested where they are, I haven't ordered any so take them off my account!!! 45 mins later of blood sweat and tears , its another ten days before that will happen. Lost the will to live by then. Give me strength. Sorry long winded but Studio are a definite NO NO !!!!!!
