I’d actually like to give zero stars but I can’t.
Ordered some family pyjamas in October and was told there would be a delay in the adult pyjamas after the baby ones had already arrived. Cancelled the order as they wouldn’t arrive in time. This was done on 9th November and on 19th December I still have no money, despite speaking to several people and being assured my order has been cancelled. Ridiculous and awful customer service. Will never buy anything again and will be warning family and friends not to.
