Ordered numerous items for Christmas presents on the 29/11. Studio apparently sent on the 4/12 via the worst parcel delivery company ever Hermes. Tracking has not moved since the 8/12. After numerous emails im now told this will be classed as a "Lost Parcel Claim" and I will have to wait up to another 30 days for my money back. Will never use again
